‘Memories are made of these’.

My work engages in the mystery of a time long gone, a time that I have no knowledge of. By exploring someone else’s memories, through the use of old photographs, I attempt to make my own narrative, applying contemporary colours to uncover what indeed attracts me to these nostalgic windows.

My interest is in the voyages of discovery and the frailty of our memory. Using old photographs helps my search for altered states of conciousness and reality.
