The aim of my work is to create a feeling of lost memories and forgotten moments. I hope to create a sense of what is left of the memory being preserved or guarded.

My work looks at the relationship we have with the past and the way in which the senses; a colour,a place or certain objects inform and evoke memory.

My work has been focussing on the idea that history is not defined by long periods of time but that today is tomorrows past. My work intends to record day-to-day more recent experiences as well as ones aged in time and memory, constructing a notion of real actual moments being documented.
